In the absence of a corporate card, a personal card will be required. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM; early check-in is subject to availability. Luggage storage is available should you arrive early.

TRANSPORTATION
We will not provide transportation to and from the hotel, as London has taxi stops located directly outside the airport exit.
MEETING VENUE
General sessions will be held in the Studio, located on the second floor of W London.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Breakfast is served at the hotel restaurant on the Ground Floor; for other meals and special events please refer to the Agenda as scheduled.
ATTIRE
Dress code for the entire event is smart casual (jeans with a dress shirt is fine). Please plan to look your best for the dinners in town, jacket required. Layered clothing is suggested due to varying temperatures indoors.
WEATHER
Anticipate temperatures ranging from 50°F to 68°F (10°C to 20°C). Comfortable attire and shoes are recommended for Tuesday’s outdoor activity, there will be quite a bit of walking.
